The Ricardo Technical Support Service provides a convenient way to access any and all of Ricardo's products and services.  If you do not need to engage Ricardo for a large study or project but still want to benefit from our experience, the Technical Support team is able to provide answers to your enquiries efficiently.

We provide the following support services:

  • An annual Technical Support Agreement provides an easy mechanism to use Ricardo in an unplanned way with minimal administration
  • Our engineers have written a range of Training courses but we are always keen to prepare new ones at a client’s request
  • Powertrain design benchmarking reports are available
  • Our mechanical development and analysis engineers combine to provide a powerful team to investigate component failures
  • Expert witness services
